What is the shipping cost?

UK - £3.99 for Standard/Tracked Delivery (3-7 working days. Please allow an additional 10 days for hand embroidered items.)

USA  - $15 USD for International Tracked Delivery (8-12 working days. Please allow an additional 10 days for hand embroidered items.)

Canada  - $20.45 CAD for International Tracked Delivery (8-12 working days. Please allow an additional 10 days for hand embroidered items.)

Rest of World - Unfortunately, we are currently only shipping within the United Kingdom, USA and Canada. We are working hard to expand our offering globally! Please let us know if you would like us to ship to your country!

Who will ship my items?

We use Royal Mail to ship our products.

Please email us at hello@treslondon.com if you need a quicker service and we'll be happy to accommodate you!

We use a signed and tracked service to ensure you receive all your items in a secure manner.

Please be aware that because we use a signed and tracked service, we are unable to send to PO Box numbers.

How long will I wait to receive my items?

We work hard to dispatch most orders within 1 working day. Most orders placed before 1pm will be dispatched that same working day.

UK - Delivery times typically vary from 3-7 working days from dispatch. 

USA + Canada - 8-12 Days from dispatch. 

Rest of the World - Unfortunately, we are currently only shipping within the United Kingdom. We are working hard to expand our offering globally! Please let us know if you would like us to ship to your country!

You will be notified via email and SMS (if selected) when your item has been dispatched and when it is scheduled to arrive.

Please be aware that the above delivery times do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorisation or unforeseen issues at the border, when entering into an international space.
