Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

At this time, you are not able to to modify an order after it has been placed.

If you would like to make changes or cancel an order, please email us immediately at hello@treslondon.com and we will be happy to help! Please note, it is only possible to cancel your order if our team has not yet begun processing it.

When can I expect my order to be sent?

Once your order is confirmed, it will leave our studio within 1-3 business days.

I have yet to receive an order confirmation.

If you have not received an order confirmation, please check your junk mail/promotions folder to ensure it has not been lost.

Additionally, there may be a spelling mistake in your email address.

If it has been several hours and you have yet to receive your order confirmation, please contact us at hello@treslondon.com and we will be happy to re-send it to you!

Do I need to be registered with Tres London online to make a purchase?

No, you can absolutely place an order as a Guest. We do recommend registering with us to make the experience that much more convenient, however!

I can't remember my account password, can I make a new one?

Enter to the log in section, and click on the “FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD” option. Type your email address to receive a password reset link. If you are experiencing any difficulties, please contact hello@treslondon.com.

SHIPPING + DELIVERY

Where do you ship to?

At the moment, we are only shipping our items domestically, within the United Kingdom.

We are working hard to expand globally, so watch this space!

If you want us to ship to your country, please do let us know as this will help us tremendously in deciding where we expand as we grow!

Who will ship my items?

We use Royal Mail to ship our products. You are welcome to change your service preference at check out if you would like a quicker service with Royal Mail.

We use a signed and tracked service to ensure you receive all your items in a secure manner.

Please be aware that because we use a signed and tracked service, we are unable to send to PO Box numbers.

UK - £3.99 for Standard/Tracked Delivery (5-7 working days)*

£4.99 for Express/Tracked Delivery (2-4 working days)

£6.99 for Next Working Day

Rest of World - Unfortunately, we are currently only shipping within the United Kingdom. We are working hard to expand our offering globally! Please let us know if you would like us to ship to your country! 

How long will I wait to receive my items?

We work hard to dispatch most orders within 1 working day. Most orders placed before 1pm will be dispatched that same working day.

UK - Delivery times typically vary from 2-7 working days from dispatch (depending on the service selected at checkout).

Rest of the World - Unfortunately, we are currently only shipping within the United Kingdom. We are working hard to expand our offering globally! Please let us know if you would like us to ship to your country!

You will be notified via email and SMS (if selected) when your item has been dispatched and when it is scheduled to arrive.

Please be aware that the above delivery times do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorisation or unforeseen issues.

A delivery attempt was made but I didn't get the package.

If a delivery is attempted and a delivery card is left and you fail to claim the parcel from the local depot or post office, unfortunately we cannot refund you until the products have been returned to us.

Once we receive the items back, if you would still like the products, we will re-dispatch the products but there will be an additional charge for re-posting.

RETURNS + EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?

You can return any items that are in perfect conditions (with original tags), within 30 days of receiving your order. Please see the Returns page for more information.

We do not offer returns on personalised items, unless you believe there was a mistake made in personalising the product.

What is the cost of a return?

We provide free returns within the United Kingdom, unless your item has been personalised. We do not offer returns for items that have been personalised. (Please see below for more information on personalised items).

HOW DO I MAKE A CLAIM ON A DAMAGED ITEM?

We're so sorry to hear this. We understand this can be frustrating. Please note, we check our items thoroughly for defects and ensure all are in perfect condition prior to mailing items.

Please do check the items as soon as you receive them to ensure there are no damages or defects. If you do receive items that are damaged or defective, please email us immediately at hello@treslondon.com with your order number and at least one clear image of the defect in question.

Once we receive and approve your claim, please return the unused item in its original packaging. We will send you a free return label and refund you within 14 days of the receipt. 

Can I exchange an item?

At the moment, we are unable to exchange items for you. You will need to return the item you purchased and proceed with ordering a new item.

How long will it take to process my return?

Returns can take 3 business days to process & an additional 7-10 days for the money to appear in your bank account (depending on your payment provider). Please do bear with us, and check in regarding refunds after this period has elapsed!

Can I return a personalised item?

We do not offer returns on personalised items. However, if you believe we made a mistake with the personalisation, please reach out to us at hello@treslondon.com with an image of the item and we will work with you to rectify the error!

OTHER CONCERNS

WHAT HAPPENS IF I RECEIVE THE WRONG PRODUCT OR SIZE?

Please do accept our apologies!

If you received an incorrect order, size or product, please reach out to us at hello@treslondon.com with your order number, a brief explanation of the error and an image of the incorrect product.

We will then send you a free returns label to place on the original packaging. Please note, all items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags to qualify for a return. We will ship the correct items within 3-5 business days of receiving the items at no additional cost. If you wish to get a refund instead, you will receive it within 14 days of the receipt.

I have yet to receive the items I ordered.

Items are dispatched within 1 business day of receiving your order and take between 3-7 days to reach you, depending on what service you've selected at checkout.

Please note, we are unable to control shipping delays or issues in transit that occur during Royal Mail strikes etc but we will keep you informed on the status of your order during this time.
