Returns
Nobody likes to deal with tedious returns, especially a busy parent. We get it!
To start a return, please login to your account and start a return.

You can return any items that are in perfect condition (unused, unwashed, with original tags), within 30 days of receiving your order.
We provide free returns within the United Kingdom, unless your item has been personalised. We do not offer returns for items that have been personalised. (Please see below for more information on personalised items).
After we receive and approve your return, you will be refunded in full to your original form of payment. Returns must be sent within 5 business days of the email confirmation of your return.
How long will it take to process my return?
Returns can take 3 business days to process & an additional 7-10 days for the money to appear in your bank account (depending on your payment provider). Please do bear with us, and check in regarding refunds after this period has elapsed!
Do you offer exchanges?
At the moment, we are unable to exchange items for you. You will need to return the item you purchased and proceed with ordering a new item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
All of our items are thoroughly inspected for any defects prior to shipping, however, if you believe you received an item that has been damaged or mailed to you in error, please email us at hello@treslondon.com.
Please provide images of the item. The item must be unused, unwashed, with original tags.
If approved, we may be able to offer you a replacement or refund and will of course, cover all the shipping costs within 14 days of the receipt.
Personalised Items
We do not offer returns for items that have been personalised.
However, if you believe you received a personalised item that has been damaged or contains errors, please email us at hello@treslondon.com.
